About Us
Our Vision
Social Arts has proven itself time and time again in its infinite potential to aid education, connection, mental health and communications. We believe in the incomparable worth of the arts and we see a world where everyone has access to these invaluable tools, across the globe, for ours and future generations to come.
Our Mission
With a strong focus on education and social connection, the Umbrella Theatrical Productions crew work to give individuals and groups the opportunity to have their ideas shared and voices heard through artistic exploration, creative development and public showcases.
Providing a platform for adaptations of commercial art already in circulation as well as new and innovative work, UTP aims to facilitate audience connections and to uplift artists, local community members and audiences further afield.
Using Applied Theatre techniques, Umbrella Theatrical Productions strives to facilitate positive change in the community on social, economical and environmental levels.
Using commercial theatre practices, UTP aims to include, connect and educate budding performers in safe and healthy practices for the body, mind and spirit.
